Mars IT School

Mars is a programming school for kids aged 7–17 in Tashkent. 2,300+ students, 126 mentors, 7 branches.

Inside, we run like a product company: our own products, server, git, and AI agents. We teach kids to build in a world with AI — and we work the way we teach.

We build:

  • learning products — Mars Code (vibe-coding for kids), Luma, Space
  • internal systems — CRM, billing, SSO, analytics, operations automation
  • AI infrastructure — an LLM proxy with wallets, AI avatars, agent pipelines

Working here

This repository describes how we work. It is written for future teammates.
